In order to make your visit as relaxing as possible we ask you to read our policies before attending your appointment.
Whilst we love children, and understand how difficult it can be to find childcare, we do encourage you to not bring them with you if possible. Please advise us if you are planning on bringing children with you. During treatments (especially manicures) you cannot always use your hands so please be aware of this. Due to health and safety we cannot allow children into our treatment rooms. The Nail Shed cannot assume any responsibility for your childs welfare when they are in the salon.
We understand that life can be busy and plans change but please do let us know if you can't make your appointment. Cancellations less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of the treatment cost and no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. If you are running late then please let us know and we will try our hardest to accommodate you but cannot guarantee your full appointment.
Abuse of any kind towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the salon.
We would encourage you to silence or switch your phone off and fully relax whilst we pamper you but we completely understand if you need to take an emergency call.
For gel polish manicures and pedicures we will happily fix any issues within 48hrs provided you report them within this time. After this any nail fixes will be charged at £3 per nail.
